Highlights from President Obama’s Address to the 122nd Annual IACP Conference & Expo

IACP 2015

For the first time in more than 20 years, a sitting President addressed the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference & Expo. President Obama addressed thousands of IACP attendees at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois on October 27, 2015. The President talked about a range of issues in his speech, including criminal justice reform, gun control measures, as well as tensions between law enforcement and minority communities. Here are the highlights from this historic speech.
