The Department of Physics at North Carolina State University is one of the strongest physics departments in the country. With experienced and knowledgable faculty and staff, the department is able to provide both undergrad and graduate students with a unique and positive experience. Students can work in condensed matter physics, biophysics, astrophysics, nuclear physics, or any number or combination of fields. The collegial and interdisciplinary environment allows students to prepare themselves for their futures as physicists.
